My name is Brian J. Williams, Sr. I have been offended by many people including my family members, friends, employers, managers and leaders. Most of these offenses I did not handle well until last year. I got offended by one of the most important people in my life. I felt angry, disappointed and trapped within. The person didn't know that they offended me until I decided to confront. Through this experience I learned the steps to victory over my very own negative feelings and saved this valuable relationship. You can do the same.
